AVID PROGRESSIVE EPS
Creating helmets that perform in all types of impacts requires getting the details exactly right. Using high density EPS ensures high energy impacts are effectively absorbed. Low density EPS, however, provides superior performance in less severe impacts. Bollé helmets with the AViD liner technology use a combination of different EPS densities and/or optimization of the ventilation channels to virtually decrease the density in the top area. The result is a lighter, more ventilated helmet with progressive shock absorption that will absorb a wider range of impacts.(Available on the Instinct model.)
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
Because of high demand for the brand name glasses, some frames and colors may be on the back order. Sunglasses and glasses usually come off the back order in 2-3 weeks.
Frames from Italy
Because of high demand for the brand name glasses, some frames and colors are ordered from Italy, it usually takes 2-3 weeks to receive Frames from Italy.
Currently, we ship all packages via USPS, or UPS. Using the date of you invoice as a reference, please allow a 3-7 business days processing period, and an additional 2-3 business days for orders with the prescription lenses. and usually another 3-5 days for you purchases to arrive, depending on your location and our inventory situation.
Our policy lasts 120 days. If 120 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned for a refund. Prescription lenses are not allowed to be returned. You will need to ship back the frame with the original demo lenses the frames came with in order to return.
Follow Steps To Make A Return

2. If the item was only a mistake on our end we will provide you with a return label sent to your email provided. If the item was the customer at fault you will need to create a return label on your end.
3. Prepare your items to be sent back to us in the mail to the address listed on our invoice with receipt of purchase, goods and accessories that came with the item.
4. There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable)
Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
5. Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
6. Item must be returned no more than 120 days after delivery
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
