Returns, Exchanges and Cancellations


Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned for a refund. Prescription lenses are not allowed to be returned. You will need to ship back the frame with the original demo lenses the frames came with in order to return. Professional Protective Face Shields and Face Shield Glasses are non returnable and refundable. 

Orders placed to any country outside of the United States, express shipping charges will be deducted from your return if applicable.

                     Manual Returns                           

 Feel feel to contact our customer service team They will help to guide you on how to return your items.  Prepare your items to be sent back to us in the mail to the address listed on our invoice with receipt of purchase, goods and accessories that came with the item. 

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. It may take some time for the refund to appear in your account

Exchanges (if applicable)
We  replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item or alternative item, send us an email at
