Because of high demand for the brand name glasses, some frames and colors are ordered from Italy, it usually takes 2-3 weeks to receive Frames from Italy.

Return Eligibility:
- Returns must be initiated within 30 days of delivery.
- Items must be in unused, original condition, with all packaging, tags, and accessories included.
- Custom-made lenses or prescription items are non-refundable, unless there is a defect or error on our part.
How to Initiate a Return:
- Email our support team at shopping@lensntrends.com with your order number and reason for return.
- We'll respond within 1–2 business days with instructions and a return label (if applicable).
- Once we receive your return, please allow up to 7 business days for your refund to be processed.
Refunds:
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
- Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable unless the return is due to a mistake on our part.
