Shipping Method: We ship all of our packages with priority mail service with USPS, or UPS. From the date of purchase depending on the availability of our inventory situation and your location please allow up to 2-7 business days for the Item to arrive to you. For prescription lenses please allow an additional 2-3 business days to arrive to you.
International Shipping: International orders require shipping fees and additional custom fees may be needed. For more information on custom fees please refer to your country customs policies.
Because of high demand for the brand name glasses, some frames and colors may be on the back order. Sunglasses and glasses usually come off the back order in 2-3 weeks.
Frames from Italy
Because of high demand for the brand name glasses, some frames and colors are ordered from Italy, it usually takes 2-3 weeks to receive Frames from Italy.
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned for a refund. Prescription lenses are not allowed to be returned. You will need to ship back the frame with the original demo lenses the frames came with in order to return. Professional Protective Face Shields and Face Shield Glasses are non returnable and refundable.
Follow Steps To Make A Return

2. If the item was only a mistake on our end we will provide you with a return label sent to your email provided. If the item was the customer at fault you will need to create a return label on your end.
3. Prepare your items to be sent back to us in the mail to the address listed on our invoice with receipt of purchase, goods and accessories that came with the item.
4. There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable)
Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
5. Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
6. Item must be returned no more than 30 days after delivery
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
